In the beautiful village of Atsipopoulo, a few kilometers from Rethymno center, you will find 'Villa Elia',  a 150 square-meter villa with a private swimming pool that can host up to 8 persons in 4 bedrooms. Villa Myrtia is located at the center of village Atsipopoulo, which means that local services (tavernas, supermarket, cafes, an ATM, a pharmacy, etc.) are only 2 minutes away on foot. At the same time, the local flora and an olive grove around the villa ensure your privacy and calmness.

The owners have respected the traditional Cretan architecture and have used indigenous materials such as stone and wood. However, they have constructed a very comfortable house, as comfort is the most important point of holidays. They await you to experience the Cretan hospitality, tradition, and history while relaxing and relishing the tranquility.

Location

Villa Elia is one of the three villas of the complex and it’s located in the center of village Atsipopoulo. It is the perfect accommodation choice as it will meet all your needs when on dreamy holidays. A supermarket, a bakery, a grocery shop, a butchery, cafes, tavernas, an ATM, and a pharmacy are within walking distance (200 meters from the entrance of the villas). However, the moment you cross the doorstep, the whole atmosphere changes and you step into a peaceful and relaxing paradise that will allow you to unwind. Furthermore, the center of the picturesque Venetian town of Rethymno is also 5 kilometers away and a 10-minute drive. The location of the villas is also ideal for exploring our whole island. Located in the center of the north part of Crete, only 3 kilometers away from the highway it provides easy access to the local airports (Heraklion and Chania) and the opportunity to visit every corner of the island, allowing you to discover urban spaces, traditional authentic villages, secluded beaches, and popular local sights both in the north and south part of Crete.

Layout

Villa Elia is constructed in maisonette style, covering 150 m2, featuring 4 bedrooms, and it can accommodate up to 8 persons. The property includes an open-plan space with a living room, dining room, and an open-plan kitchen. A private swimming pool with an exterior dining area will offer you pleasurable moments of relaxation.

Interior

The ground floor of the house consists of an open plan featuring the living room with a sofa, an open fireplace, a TV with satellite channels, an indoor dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with built-in appliances. Furthermore, there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom comes with a double bed a while the second one with two single beds and a shared bathroom locates just between them. Finally, a lavatory leads to the first floor of the house.

The top floor consists of two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the second one with two single beds), a bathroom, a lavatory, and a balcony with a scenic view of the traditional village nearby and the olive grove. All the rooms are air-conditioned.

Exterior

The exterior area of the villa includes a 30 square-meter private swimming pool and it is equipped with 8 sunbeds and two shading umbrellas, as well as an outdoor shower for your comfort. Furthermore, the outdoor dining area is ideal for your breakfast or dinner under the shade of the pergola, as it is equipped with a dining table and seats for 8 persons. In addition, the villa has its own barbeque facilities for your personal use. Finally, all the exterior space of the villa offers total privacy for the guests with fencing all around and 2 private parking spaces. The swimming pool of the villa can also be heated with an extra cost of 40 euros per day (upon request at least 7 days before arrival and valid only for the whole booking)

Its location is ideal for exploring the whole of Crete (which is famous for its beaches, historical sights, places of natural beauty, and Venetian towns), as it is in the middle of the island.
-The city of Rethymno is only 10 minutes drive from our villa, so having a walk on the picturesque cobblestoned streets is more than easy. 
-Don't forget to explore the old part of village Atsipopoulo. Its beauties are not so famous, but a small walk around the authentic Cretan neighborhoods and contact with the friendly local people will impress you.
- Our hospitable family will be at your disposal with helpful advice and information whenever is needed. Our first rule is that all of our guests must depart from our villa with a smile and a wish for a comeback.

Villa Eia ist eine der drei Villen des Komplexes und befindet sich im Zentrum des Dorfes Atsipopoulo, die alle Ihre ersten Bedürfnisse erfüllen kann. Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Lebensmittelladen und Metzgerei, Café, Restaurants, Geldautomat und Apotheke sind alle zu Fuß erreichbar (200 Meter vom Eingang der Villen). Wenn Sie jedoch durch den Eingang der Villen eintreten, ändert sich die gesamte Atmosphäre, da unsere Villen eine ruhige und ideale Umgebung zum Entspannen bieten. Darüber hinaus ist das Zentrum der malerischen Stadt Rethymno ebenfalls 5 Kilometer und 10 Autominuten entfernt. Die Lage der Villen ist auch ideal, um unsere ganze Insel zu besichtigen. Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum des nördlichen Teils von Kreta, nur 3 Kilometer von der Autobahn entfernt und bietet einfachen Zugang zu den lokalen Flughäfen (Heraklion und Chania) und die Gelegenheit, jeden Teil der Insel zu besuchen, von den großen Städten bis zu den kleinsten Stränden in beiden Norden und Süden Kretas.

Die Anlage

Villa Elia ist als Maisonette gebaut, umfasst 150 m2, verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer und bietet Platz für bis zu 8 Personen. Das Haus besteht aus einem offenen Raum mit einem Wohnzimmer, einem Esszimmer und einer offenen Küche. Ein privater Swimmingpool mit Essbereich im Freien bietet Ihnen genussvolle Zeit zur Entspannung.

Das Interieur 

Das Erdgeschoss des Hauses besteht aus einem offenen Wohnzimmer mit Sofa, offenem Kamin, Sat-TV, einem Innen-Essbereich und einer voll ausgestatteten Küche mit Einbaugeräten. Darüber hinaus gibt es zwei Schlafzimmer, eines mit Doppelbett und das zweite mit zwei Einzelbetten und ein Badezimmer. 

Die obere Etage besteht aus zwei Schlafzimmern (eines mit Doppelbett und das zweite mit zwei Einzelbetten), einem Badezimmer, einer Toilette und einen Balkon mit malerischem Blick auf das nahe gelegene traditionelle Dorf und den Olivenhain . Alle Zimmer haben Klimaanlage.

Draußen

Der Außenraum der Villa umfasst einen 30 m² großen privaten Swimmingpool und ist mit 8 Sonnenliegen und zwei Sonnenschirmen sowie einer Außendusche für Ihren Komfort ausgestattet. Darüber hinaus ist der Essbereich im Freien ideal für Ihr Frühstück oder Abendessen im Schatten der Pergola, da er mit einem Esstisch und Sitzgelegenheiten für alle 8 Personen ausgestattet ist. Darüber hinaus verfügt die Villa über einen eigenen Grillplatz für Ihren persönlichen Gebrauch. Schließlich bieten alle Außenräume der Villa absolute Privatsphäre für die Gäste und 2 private Parkplätze.
